The HF-JS Metal Mesh Air Filter is a washable and reusable primary filtration solution developed for energy storage boxes, containerized battery energy storage systems, battery cabinets and PCS ventilation compartments.
Constructed with multiple layers of corrugated aluminum mesh and a stainless-steel support layer, the filter provides high airflow capacity, low initial pressure drop and reliable mechanical strength. It captures coarse dust, fibers, insects and airborne debris before they enter battery compartments, cooling fans, heat exchangers and sensitive electrical equipment.
Its all-metal construction offers good resistance to heat, moisture, cleaning chemicals and repeated maintenance. With 21 mm, 25 mm and 46 mm depth options, the filter can be selected according to available installation space, airflow requirements and site dust conditions.
