Description

The G3/G4 Panel Pre-Filter is designed for primary air filtration in energy storage boxes, battery energy storage systems (BESS), containerized battery cabinets and power conversion equipment enclosures.

Installed at fresh-air inlets, cooling-air openings or ventilation sections, the filter captures coarse dust, fibers and other airborne contaminants before they enter battery compartments, cooling fans, heat exchangers, PCS modules and electrical control areas.

The pleated synthetic fiber media provides high air permeability, low initial pressure drop and good dust-holding capacity. These characteristics help maintain the continuous cooling airflow required by energy storage systems while reducing dust accumulation on internal equipment.

Standard G3 and G4 models are available with aluminum-alloy or galvanized-steel frames. Custom dimensions, frame structures and airflow configurations can be manufactured for different BESS container designs and enclosure ventilation requirements.
