The G3/G4 Washable Panel Filter is designed for primary air filtration in energy storage boxes, containerized battery energy storage systems, battery cabinets and power conversion equipment enclosures.
Made with flame-retardant synthetic fiber media compliant with DIN 53438, the filter combines high dust-holding capacity with low airflow resistance. It helps maintain the cooling airflow required by batteries, PCS units, inverters and electrical control components while reducing the entry of dust, fibers and other coarse airborne contaminants.
Unlike disposable panel filters, this model can be cleaned and reused during scheduled maintenance. Its durable metal-frame construction makes it suitable for energy storage projects requiring repeated servicing, lower filter consumption and long-term operating cost control.

|---|---|---|---|
| Used as a reusable first-stage filter in containerized battery energy storage systems to reduce dust entry into battery racks and thermal-management areas. | Installed at fresh-air inlets and cooling fan openings to protect coils, heat exchangers and internal airflow passages. | Suitable for PCS modules, inverter cabinets, UPS compartments and electrical control sections requiring continuous filtered ventilation. | Designed for BESS integrators, battery cabinet manufacturers, enclosure suppliers and cooling-system producers requiring standard or customized washable filters. |
| Stable Cooling Airflow | Reusable Maintenance | Equipment Protection | Lifecycle Cost Reduction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Low initial resistance helps preserve the ventilation airflow required for battery and enclosure temperature control. | The washable media can be cleaned and reused during scheduled maintenance cycles. | Coarse contaminants are intercepted before reaching battery racks, fans, cooling coils and power electronics. | Repeated use can reduce disposable-filter consumption, maintenance inventory and long-term replacement costs. |
