Description
The HF-JS metal mesh filter is installed at the fresh-air inlet or ventilation opening to provide the first stage of particle separation. Its layered corrugated-metal structure creates multiple interception paths while maintaining relatively low airflow resistance.
Compared with disposable fiber filters, the metal mesh can be removed, cleaned and returned to service. This makes it suitable for generator installations where filters are exposed to high airflow, heat, vibration or frequent dust loading.
The filter can be used as:

|---|---|---|---|
| Used as a washable primary filter for diesel and gas generator enclosures, helping reduce the entry of coarse dust and outdoor debris. | Installed upstream of radiators and cooling fans to limit contamination of heat-transfer surfaces and maintain cooling airflow. | Suitable for power distribution boxes, transformer enclosures, UPS containers, switchgear rooms and mobile power stations. | Designed for generator manufacturers, enclosure fabricators, power-system integrators and maintenance suppliers requiring standard or customized metal filters. |
| High Airflow Availability | Heat and Vibration Resistance | Reusable Maintenance | Equipment Protection |
|---|---|---|---|
| Low initial pressure drop helps preserve the cooling air volume required by engines, radiators and alternators. | The all-metal structure is suitable for ventilation areas exposed to heat, airflow fluctuation and equipment vibration. | The filter can be cleaned and reused, supporting routine generator maintenance and reducing disposable-filter consumption. | Coarse dust, fibers and debris are intercepted before reaching fans, radiator fins and electrical components. |
