Description
The HF-GB filter uses fiberglass media specifically selected for high-temperature service. Its layered fiber structure captures airborne dust while allowing ventilation air to pass through the panel. A protective support grid and rigid metal frame help keep the media securely positioned under airflow, vibration and thermal expansion.
The filter is suitable for use as:
| Model | Size (mm) | Rated Airflow (m³/h) | Initial Pressure Drop (Pa) | Average Arrestance | Frame Options |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HF-GB | 500 × 500 × 15 | 850 | 40 | 90% | Aluminum / Galvanized Steel / Stainless Steel |
| HF-GB | 500 × 500 × 21 | 900 | 43 | 90% | Aluminum / Galvanized Steel / Stainless Steel |
| HF-GB | 500 × 500 × 25 | 1,050 | 45 | 90% | Aluminum / Galvanized Steel / Stainless Steel |
The specifications shown are nominal values. Actual performance may vary with airflow velocity, operating temperature, dust loading, frame material, sealing method and installation conditions.

|---|---|---|---|
| Primary filtration for diesel and gas generator enclosures exposed to warm or high-temperature ventilation air. | Installed upstream of cooling fans, radiators and alternator ventilation passages to reduce dust accumulation on critical components. | Suitable for mobile generator containers, standby power modules and enclosed power systems requiring heat-resistant air filtration. | Used in industrial ovens, coating dryers, drying equipment and other high-temperature air circulation systems. |
| Thermal Stability | Cooling-System Protection | Reliable Airflow | Flexible Enclosure Integration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fiberglass media retains better structural stability than ordinary synthetic filter media under elevated temperatures. | Dust is intercepted before it reaches radiator fins, fans, alternators and heat-transfer surfaces. | The panel is designed to provide filtration without creating excessive resistance in generator ventilation systems. | Multiple depths, frame materials and custom sizes allow integration into different power generation box designs. |
