Description
The HF-HXT activated carbon filter provides an adsorption stage within the enclosure ventilation system. As air passes through the pleated carbon media, odor-causing molecules and selected gaseous pollutants are retained on the activated carbon surface.
For best operating performance, the activated carbon filter is normally installed downstream of a coarse particulate pre-filter. The upstream filter removes dust and fibers before they reach the carbon media, helping preserve the available adsorption surface and extend service life.
Typical installation positions include:
Activated carbon filters should be replaced according to odor breakthrough, operating hours, contaminant concentration and site ventilation conditions.
| Model | Size (mm) | Rated Airflow (m³/h) | Initial Pressure Drop (Pa) | Frame | Media |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HF-HXT | 595 × 595 × 46 | 3,200 | 40 | Aluminum Alloy or Galvanized Steel | Activated Carbon |
| HF-HXT | 595 × 495 × 46 | 2,700 | 40 | Aluminum Alloy or Galvanized Steel | Activated Carbon |
| HF-HXT | 595 × 295 × 46 | 1,600 | 40 | Aluminum Alloy or Galvanized Steel | Activated Carbon |
| HF-HXT | 495 × 495 × 46 | 2,200 | 40 | Aluminum Alloy or Galvanized Steel | Activated Carbon |
| HF-HXT | 495 × 295 × 46 | 1,300 | 40 | Aluminum Alloy or Galvanized Steel | Activated Carbon |
| HF-HXT | 295 × 295 × 46 | 800 | 40 | Aluminum Alloy or Galvanized Steel | Activated Carbon |
The listed values are nominal specifications. Actual airflow resistance and adsorption service life depend on contaminant type, gas concentration, temperature, humidity, carbon loading and operating airflow.
