Bag filter media is made from synthetic non-woven fabric, which has three layers, The first crude fiber filter catch bigger dust in the air, the thin fiber filter catch smaller dust and the outer is protective layer.The excellent ultrasonically weld technology avoids the air flow leak caused by wind area, decreases the resistance and enlarges the dust volume.

Synthetic Bag Filter Material M5/M6/F7/F8/F9 is a high-efficiency air filter material. It is made of synthetic fiber for excellent filtration performance and durability. This product can be selected from various specifications such as M5, M6, F7, F8 and F9 to adapt to different filtration needs. Its unique bag design allows smoother air flow and better filtration effect. In addition, the product is moisture-resistant and fire-resistant, maintaining stable performance in a variety of environments. Whether in a home, office or industrial environment, Synthetic Bag Filter Material is the ideal air filtration solution.
Synthetic fiber filter material is made of polypropylene resin using high temperature melt-blown non-woven technology. Its pleated series products have the characteristics of high tensile strength, strong crushing resistance and high stiffness, and are ideal for primary, medium and high efficiency filters. We can provide roll or pleated forms according to customer requirements. Standard: EN779:2012|EN1882.
