The G3/G4 Pleated Metal Panel Filter is designed for primary air filtration in air handling units, commercial HVAC systems, industrial ventilation equipment and gas turbine air intake systems.
The filter uses pleated nonwoven synthetic media supported by wire mesh on both sides. This reinforced structure helps maintain media stability under continuous airflow while providing low initial resistance and reliable coarse-particle capture.
A rigid metal frame, available in aluminum profile or galvanized steel, improves durability and allows the filter to be manufactured in a wide range of standard and custom dimensions. The filter can be supplied as a reusable-frame design, making it suitable for OEM equipment manufacturers, HVAC contractors and industrial filtration distributors.
