Description
The HF-GB High-Temperature Fiberglass Panel Filter is designed for dust protection in EV charging stations, high-power charging cabinets and electrical enclosures where ventilation air may be exposed to elevated temperatures.
Manufactured from long-fiber fiberglass media in a nonwoven layered structure, the filter provides approximately 90% average arrestance, good oxidation resistance and reliable thermal stability. The media is difficult to ignite and can withstand temperatures of up to 300°C, subject to the final frame, sealing and assembly configuration.
Installed at the cooling-air intake or heated ventilation section of charging equipment, the filter helps prevent dust, fibers and other airborne particles from reaching power modules, heat sinks, cooling fans, contactors and control electronics. Aluminum, galvanized-steel and stainless-steel frame options are available for different environmental and durability requirements.
| Model | Size (mm) | Rated Airflow (m³/h) | Initial Pressure Drop (Pa) | Average Arrestance | Frame Options |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HF-GB | 500 × 500 × 15 | 850 | 40 | 90% | Aluminum / Galvanized Steel / Stainless Steel |
| HF-GB | 500 × 500 × 21 | 900 | 43 | 90% | Aluminum / Galvanized Steel / Stainless Steel |
| HF-GB | 500 × 500 × 25 | 1,050 | 45 | 90% | Aluminum / Galvanized Steel / Stainless Steel |
The listed values are nominal specifications. Actual airflow, resistance and service life may vary according to operating temperature, face velocity, dust concentration, sealing condition and charging-equipment design.
