Description

Air pre-filter materials are designed to capture larger particles such as dust, debris, and larger contaminants before the air enters the main filtration system. These pre-filters help extend the lifespan of finer, more specialized filters downstream by preventing premature clogging. Common materials used for air pre-filters include:

Made from imported polyester fiber filter material, the fibers have varying melting points arranged in a three-dimensional, non-oriented structure. The manufacturing process includes needle punching, bonding, and hot melting. The resulting product features tightly bonded fibers, fracture resistance, detachment resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and elastic recovery.
