Description

V-Type Combined Pleated Activated Carbon Filter

The V-Type Combined Pleated Activated Carbon Filter is a high-capacity chemical filtration solution developed for central HVAC systems, industrial ventilation, and clean air applications. Its V-bank pleated construction maximizes the effective filtration area while maintaining low airflow resistance and high air volume.

Manufactured with premium granular activated carbon or activated carbon composite media, the filter efficiently adsorbs volatile organic compounds (VOCs), unpleasant odors, acidic and alkaline gases, ozone, and other airborne chemical pollutants.

Compared with conventional carbon panel filters, the V-bank design provides greater carbon loading, higher adsorption efficiency, and a longer operational lifespan, making it an ideal solution for high-demand ventilation systems.

Available in both Flange Type and Box Type configurations, with OEM and ODM customization to meet project-specific requirements.
