Description

The HF-NL nylon mesh filter provides a low-resistance first layer of protection at outdoor air intakes and ventilation openings. Its woven PP mesh intercepts larger contaminants while allowing a high volume of air to pass through the filter.

The washable media can be removed, cleaned and reinstalled, making it suitable for projects with regular maintenance access or high filter consumption. It can be used independently as a coarse screen or installed upstream of G3, G4 or higher-efficiency filters in a multi-stage filtration system.

This product is especially suitable where:

  • Very low pressure drop is required
  • Large airflow must be maintained
  • The main contaminant load consists of coarse particles
  • Filters require frequent cleaning

Initial pressure drop of 10–15 Pa helps preserve ventilation volume and reduce the additional load on cooling fans. The PP nylon mesh can be washed and reused, supporting scheduled maintenance and lower replacement consumption. Larger dust particles, fibers, insects and debris are intercepted before entering fans, coils and electrical compartments. The filter can be installed upstream of G3, G4 or finer filters to reduce coarse dust loading on downstream stages.
