Description
Containerized data centers rely on continuous ventilation and cooling to control heat generated by servers, power distribution systems, communication equipment and battery units. When outdoor air is introduced into the container, airborne dust and fibers may accumulate on cooling coils, fans, circuit boards and electrical components.
The foldaway paper-frame pre-filter provides an economical first-stage filtration solution for these systems. Its pleated synthetic fiber media increases the available filtration area without significantly increasing installation depth. This helps maintain the airflow required by cooling equipment while intercepting coarse contaminants before they enter sensitive areas.
The product is particularly suitable for projects requiring:
For dusty outdoor environments, the filter can be installed upstream of medium-efficiency or fine filters to reduce downstream dust loading and extend overall system service life.
