The custom pleated cardboard air filter is designed for primary and intermediate particle filtration in residential furnaces, commercial HVAC systems, air-handling units and industrial ventilation equipment.
It uses a blended nonwoven and synthetic fiber medium formed into a compact pleated structure. The increased media area provides improved dust-holding capacity while helping maintain low airflow resistance. A double-layer moisture-resistant paper frame supports the filter during installation and operation, while galvanized-steel and aluminum-alloy frame options are available for demanding applications.
The filter can be supplied in different filtration grades, frame depths, dimensions and media colors. Standard and OEM configurations are available for furnace filter brands, HVAC manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and building maintenance suppliers.
