Description
Meltblown nonwoven is produced through a one-step process that converts thermoplastic resins into fibrous nonwoven materials, capable of producing microfibers with diameters ranging from 0.5 to 5 microns. This material is opaque, has low abrasion resistance, and no stimulating odor. It is an essential component in the manufacture of face masks, ideal for high-risk environments. The dense microfiber structure serves as an excellent barrier against particles, bacteria, and other contaminants, combining high filtration efficiency with excellent air permeability. Additionally, it can be used for liquid barriers and oil absorption products.
This meltblown filter fabric is the key component of respirators, providing the majority of protection. It is widely used in disposable respirators, reusable dust respirators, and surgical respirators. Our PP meltblown nonwoven fabric meets various standard requirements, including NA NIOSH N series, EU standard EN 149 series, and BFE series.
