Description

The Reinforced 4V Filter Frame is designed for the production and assembly of compact V-bank air filters used in commercial HVAC systems, industrial air-handling units, cleanrooms and equipment ventilation applications.

Manufactured from durable ABS or PVC engineering plastic, the frame combines high structural strength with low weight, corrosion resistance and easy assembly. Its four-V configuration securely supports multiple pleated filter packs while maximizing the effective filtration area within a compact installation depth.

Standard models are available in 592 × 592 × 292 mm, with 20 mm or 25 mm header options. Dimensions, color, structural details and assembly interfaces can be customized for OEM filter manufacturers and project-specific filtration systems.
