The existing product information describes a progressive multilayer structure:
– A coarser synthetic layer captures larger particles.
– A finer melt-blown layer provides the main fine-particle filtration function.
– An outer nonwoven layer protects and supports the media during converting and operation.
The exact layer sequence, fiber composition, basis weight and thickness must be confirmed for the ordered grade. These values should appear on the approved material specification, not be inferred from color or appearance.
Designed for Filter Converting
The media is supplied as a semi-finished material rather than a complete HVAC filter. Filter manufacturers can cut it to the required pocket length and use ultrasonic welding to form pockets and internal divisions.
Finished-filter performance depends on more than the media alone. Pocket depth, pocket count, stitching or weld layout, frame size, airflow and assembly sealing all affect pressure drop and dust-loading behavior. Test the finished filter at the specified rated airflow before assigning a final product classification.
The confirmed product data in the current page is for F7. Other grades shown elsewhere on the page—M5, M6, F8 and F9—require separate technical sheets before they are published as available roll-media specifications.
The page lists 2-, 3- and 4-layer options using PP fabric, melt-blown media and nonwoven fabric. The selected construction should be stated in the purchase specification.
Color
HF-WFD-F7 is listed as pink. Other colors may be reviewed for custom production. Color is an identification aid, not proof of filtration performance.
Roll width, roll length and core dimensions are not stated in the current source. Confirm these values during quotation.
Pocket Filter Manufacturing: Raw media for producing synthetic multi-pocket filters.
Commercial HVAC: Media converted into finished filters for air-handling and general ventilation systems.
Industrial Ventilation: Pocket filter production for systems requiring an F7-class product under the stated legacy classification.
HEPA Pre-Filtration: Finished pocket filters may be used upstream of higher-efficiency filters when specified by the system designer. This is a finished-filter application, not a standalone claim for the media roll.
Fields marked `[TO CONFIRM]` must be completed from the approved material specification.

The current page contains the following finished pocket filter data. It is preserved for traceability, but it should not replace the raw-media specification above.

Before publication, confirm whether these rows represent finished filters made with this exact media. If not, remove the entire table from the roll-media page and link to the finished F7 pocket filter instead.
Image 1: Layer Structure
Show and label only confirmed layers: `PP Fabric`, `Melt-Blown Layer`, `Nonwoven Support Layer`. If different 2-/3-/4-layer constructions use different sequences, create separate diagrams.
Image 2: Roll Dimensions
Show roll width, length, thickness and core diameter after values are confirmed. Include units in text so the information remains readable on mobile.
Image 3: Converting Process
Show cutting, ultrasonic welding, pocket forming and finished bag assembly. Do not state that ultrasonic welding eliminates all leakage.
Image 4: Material Inspection and Packaging
Show basis-weight measurement, thickness inspection, roll-width check, appearance inspection and protected roll packaging only if these checks are actually performed.
Is this a finished pocket filter?
No. This page covers semi-finished synthetic media supplied in roll form. It must be cut, welded and assembled into a finished pocket filter.
Which filter grade is confirmed?
The current complete product data confirms HF-WFD-F7, listed as F7/80–85% in the existing EN 779-based information. M5, M6, F8 and F9 should not be added to the technical table until their media specifications are supplied.
Can the media color be customized?
The existing page states that color customization is available. Pink is the confirmed color for HF-WFD-F7. Final color and minimum production requirements should be confirmed during quotation.
Does pink color prove F7 performance?
No. Color helps identify a material or production grade. Filtration performance must be supported by the relevant test data.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Provide grade, material construction, roll width, roll length, finished-filter size, pocket count, rated airflow, pressure-drop target, annual quantity, packaging and required test documents.
Can you provide an ISO 16890 classification?
The current page does not provide an ISO 16890 result. Send the required ISO ePM class and ask for the applicable test report or product data before using an ISO classification in purchasing documents.
