Send the required efficiency grade, test standard, W × H × D, rated airflow, allowable initial resistance, sealing method and quantity. State whether an individual scan-test report or other release document is required.
PTFE membrane media can provide high particle-capture efficiency at a lower resistance than a conventional glass-fiber configuration designed for the same duty. The actual difference must be compared at the same filter size, grade, airflow and test method.
The membrane construction is also selected where resistance to moisture or specific process chemicals is important. Compatibility is not universal. Provide the chemical name, concentration, temperature, humidity and exposure pattern before specifying the filter for a corrosive or decontamination environment.
The pleated pack increases the effective media area within a 30 mm or 50 mm panel. A deeper 50 mm filter provides lower published initial resistance than the corresponding 30 mm model at the same face size, airflow and efficiency grade.
The final configuration includes the PTFE media pack, aluminum-alloy frame and selected sealing components. Gasket, gel or other sealing arrangements must match the terminal housing and installation method.
The current product range lists H13, H14, U15 and U16. Before ordering, confirm:
The existing page states that filters are individually tested and that airflow, resistance, efficiency and leakage are inspected before shipment. The exact test procedure and document format must be confirmed in the quotation.
Hospital, food-processing and other regulated applications require project-specific review. A filtration grade alone does not establish regulatory compliance.

Custom sizes and airflow ratings can be reviewed against the terminal or FFU drawing. Pressure drop must be confirmed at the requested rated airflow.
H13, H14, U15 and U16 are listed as available. Do not select a grade by efficiency percentage alone; specify the standard, test method and local leakage requirement.
The page lists custom gasket and sealing options. Provide the housing drawing, sealing direction and contact surface so the filter-to-housing interface can be checked.
The current quality-control scope includes material inspection, pleating and assembly control, airflow, resistance, efficiency, leakage and appearance inspection. Confirm which results appear on the label, inspection certificate or individual report.
Suggested labels: PTFE Membrane Media, Mini-Pleat Pack, Separator, Aluminum-Alloy Frame, Sealant, Gasket/Gel Option.
Only label separator, sealant and seal materials after the construction is confirmed.
Show the same face size and grade at the published airflow, then state the corresponding initial resistance. This provides a useful engineering comparison without an unsupported energy-savings percentage.
Show the actual efficiency/leak test station, pressure-drop measurement, serial label and report format. Add the test standard only if it is visible in the real document.
Show FFU or terminal installation direction, seal interface, individual bag protection, corner protection and carton/wooden-case packaging as actually supplied.
What efficiency grades are available?
The current range lists H13, H14, U15 and U16. Confirm the required EN 1822 or ISO 29463 classification and MPPS acceptance criteria before ordering.
Is the PTFE HEPA filter washable?
The current technical content does not provide an approved washing procedure or post-wash performance data. The filter should not be marketed or maintained as washable unless Healthy Filters supplies a validated cleaning method.
Is this a high-temperature HEPA filter?
No maximum operating temperature is stated on the page. Do not select it for a high-temperature process until the PTFE media, adhesive, frame and sealing components have been reviewed against the required temperature.
Why does the 50 mm filter have a lower initial resistance?
The published table shows lower initial resistance for the 50 mm version than the 30 mm version at the same face size, airflow and grade. The deeper pack provides more room for filter media within the panel.
Is every filter individually tested?
The current page states that individual performance testing is performed before shipment. Confirm the test method, leakage limit and report format in the quotation, especially for cleanroom validation projects.
What information is required for a quotation?
Provide W × H × D, efficiency grade, test standard, rated airflow, maximum initial resistance, housing/seal type, operating temperature and humidity, quantity, label requirements and required test documents.
