Production intensity, dust concentration, operating hours, outdoor air conditions, filter type and pressure drop can all affect replacement timing.

If output has recently increased, inspecting filters more frequently makes sense. Maintenance teams can look at filter condition and pressure drop rather than waiting automatically for the next scheduled replacement date.
